March 2009 - Dwyer Honored by Royal Academy of Music
Benjamin Dwyer - who completed his Masters Degree in Music Performance at the Royal Academy of Music (London) in 1992 - was nominated by the Academy for the award of Associate of the Royal Academy of Music (ARAM). This prestigious honor is bestowed upon those former students deemed “to have made a significant contribution to the music profession.” The award will be ratified in March at a reception at the Royal Academy in London. Dwyer has since been invited to give a masterclass in guitar and composition at the Royal Academy of Music in in 2009/10 term.
