January 2009 - Horizons Concert Broadcast!

On January 27th Benjamin Dwyer was the soloist for his Concerto No. 1 for Guitar and Strings performed with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland with Gavin Maloney conducting at the National Concert Hall (Dublin) for the Horizons Series which features contemporary Irish composers. Also performed was Dwyer's Concerto for Percussion and Orchestra - Rajas, Sattva, Tamas with Richard O'Donnell as soloist, and Raymond Deane's Embers. The entire concert will be broadcast on Lyric fm's Musica Nova programme on Wednesday 4th of March at 8pm.
